As a lover of culinary experiences and a food enthusiast, I was intrigued by the hands-on approach of the New Zealand owner, Chris Coubrough, who is a professional chef at the Ship Hotel. His dedication to using local produce and seasonal ingredients truly shines through in the unique and premium gin served at the hotel's restaurant. the combination of traditional Botanicals with Black Mulberries, Apple, Norfolk Elderflower, Sweet Cranberries, Cassia Bark. During my dining experience, I had the pleasure of indulging in Homemade Black Diamond Gin and Blueberry Cheesecake, which were a delightful end to a perfect meal. the ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, allowing me to relax and enjoy my dining experience to the fullest.
